A Short Blueys Beach Escape for Two

A coastal break does not always need a full week, a crowded itinerary or months of planning.

A few nights at Blueys can leave enough time for the beach, coffee, a national-park drive and an unhurried meal while keeping the trip small enough to organise.

The short reset for two

Arrive without trying to fit a major activity into the first afternoon. Unpack, walk towards Blueys Beach if conditions suit and decide on dinner only when you are ready.

Use the full middle day for one or two things: a beach walk, local coffee, a drive through Booti Booti National Park, time by the pool or a book on the veranda. The point is not to complete a list. It is to make the days feel less scheduled than the week at home.

On the final morning, return to the beach or have breakfast locally before the drive home.

Why self contained can suit a shorter break

A self-contained stay gives two people the choice to make breakfast, keep drinks and food on hand, eat outside or stay in without treating every meal as another booking.

Blueys Retreat’s 1 bedroom villa accommodates up to two guests and provides a kitchen, living and dining area, covered veranda and access to shared resort facilities. Always confirm the current listing details and live availability before booking.

Add as much or as little as you want

Blueys Beach can remain the centre of the stay. Boomerang Beach, Elizabeth Beach and Booti Booti National Park provide easy alternatives, while Forster can be saved for a larger outing. Check current weather, beach safety and park conditions before setting out
